Enclosure TSPROF Profile K03 Pro AL

The housing with pre-installed K03 Pro Al rack and pinion lifter significantly extends the range of sharpening possibilities.
The rack lifter with involute (toothed) rails and infinitely variable adjustment allows to sharpen knives in the range of working angles from 10° (with fillet clamps from 8.5°) to 39° and to a total angle of up to 78°, with an accuracy of 0.1°. The body with increased angle, due to improved design, will allow sharpening of knives in a range of working angles. The reciprocating part of the hoist is made of durable aircraft aluminum. It provides excellent smoothness of travel, due to the advanced shape of the steel rail teeth. The slider is attached through a dovetail joint, which eliminates backlash of the mechanism during operation, which could affect the quality of sharpening. Angle measuring scale is applied on the side surface of the slider and allows to visually control their installation. A high grade Teflon lubricant is used to ensure the rack and pinion hoist mechanism works. It forms a slippery, corrosion-resistant transparent film that guarantees smooth running, as well as protection from water, oil, dirt and dust.Included with the abrasive holder is a sharpening angle measuring device – Axicube – I. Designed specifically for sharpening systems, the angle gauge is built into the body of the holder’s movable stop and allows real-time monitoring of sharpening angle parameters. The Axicube is rigidly connected to the abrasive holder and is located in the plane of the abrasive stone. This allows for maximum angle accuracy during operation. It allows the angle to be set to an accuracy of 0.1°. The Axicube has an aluminum housing with black anodizing, is water and dust resistant, vibration, drop and temperature resistant. It can be operated at temperatures from 0 to +40°C. Charges with standard USB Type-C charging . Each Axicube is calibrated in production using verified measuring instruments. Before use, it is given an initial reference angle using a special calibration prism. If the sharpener is moved to a different surface, a new calibration with the prism is required.Delivery set:
