The updated flagship sharpening system helps you achieve perfect knife sharpening even faster, more accurately and with greater convenience. Comes complete with Axicube-i, the first electronic angle gauge designed specifically for sharpening systems. Setting the angle with an accuracy of 0.1° has never been so easy and convenient, as the angle gauge is built directly into the abrasive holder. The holder itself consists of two steel guides. A specially shaped connecting coupling ensures a rigid and precise connection. No deflection and maximum accuracy. The rack lift is equipped with a steel rack with involute (toothed) engagement, providing stepless adjustment of the sharpening angle. The slider is driven by a brass gear wheel, and the steel-brass pairing ensures smooth movement of the slider. For convenience, a sharpening angle scale is laser-engraved on the slider. The K03 Pro profile does not require calibration and can be assembled in a couple of minutes.

The modern TSPROF K03 Pro rack lift has a rack with involute (toothed) engagement and stepless adjustment, allowing the angle to be set with an accuracy of 0.1°. The body with an increased angle, thanks to its improved design, allows you to sharpen knives in a working angle range from 11.9° (with fillet clamps from 8.5°) to 35.2° and to a total angle of up to 70.4°.

The movable part is connected to the base with a dovetail joint, which guarantees absolute accuracy of angle adjustment. An additional locking screw allows the lift to be locked firmly in place during roughing operations. An additional lifting rod is used to increase the sharpening angle. Now it is more convenient to fix its position: the fixing screw can be installed on either side of the body.

The return section of the lift is made of durable aircraft-grade aluminium. It provides excellent smoothness of movement thanks to the improved shape of the steel rack teeth. The slider is attached using a dovetail joint, which eliminates any play in the mechanism during operation that could affect the quality of sharpening. The angle measurement scale is marked on the side surface of the slider and allows you to visually control their setting. High-quality Teflon lubricant is used to ensure the smooth operation of the rack lift mechanism. It forms a slippery, corrosion-resistant transparent film that guarantees smooth operation and protection against water, oil, dirt and dust.

The unique rotating mechanism has a wide lever that facilitates rotation and ensures reliable auto-locking of the clamp frame. Thanks to a system of springs and bearings, the frame can be turned without wearing out the mechanism. The auto-rotation system housing is made of durable aircraft-grade aluminium with black anodising. Due to the nature of the anodising process, the shade of the coating may vary on different parts. The permissible error when turning the frame is 0.3°.

The universal holder allows you to use any abrasive stones with the sharpener, both with and without templates. The abrasive holder does not have a metal base, but thanks to the special geometry of the stops, it allows you to fix the abrasives as securely as possible. The abrasive holder rod has an increased length of 694 mm, is made of steel and has high rigidity. The holder rod is collapsible and is connected by an aluminium sleeve-coupling with a three-point mounting, which provides maximum alignment of the connection. The rod is equipped with a convenient wing screw for adjustment, and the rod is connected with a single movement.

The abrasive holder comes with an Axicube* angle measuring device. Designed specifically for sharpening systems, the angle gauge is integrated into the movable stop of the holder and allows you to monitor the sharpening angle in real time. Axicube is rigidly connected to the abrasive holder and is located in the plane of the abrasive stone. This allows for maximum angle accuracy during operation. It allows you to set the angle with an accuracy of 0.1°. Axicube has a black anodised aluminium body, is moisture and dust resistant, and is resistant to vibrations, drops and temperature changes. Due to the nature of the anodising process, the shade of the coating may vary on different parts. It can be used at temperatures from 0 to +40°C. It is charged using a standard micro-USB charger. Each Axicube is calibrated at the factory using certified measuring instruments. Before use, an initial reference angle is set using a special calibration prism. When the sharpening device is moved to another surface, recalibration using the prism is required.

The device is not intended for measurements other than sharpening and can only function correctly when used in conjunction with Profile K03 Pro. The product is not compatible with TSPROF Kadet and TSPROF Blitz sharpening devices. Correct operation of the device with other sharpening systems is not guaranteed.

TSPROF Quick knife clamps with an eccentric mechanism open up a new level of convenience in sharpening. The knife is clamped in one movement and no longer requires a screwdriver. They securely clamp knives with a thickness of 1 to 7 mm and reduce the time required to clamp the knife by half. The ability to quickly loosen the clamp makes it much easier to position the knife. Complex knife geometry is no longer a problem.

The steel stand Profile weighs more than 3 kg and securely holds the device on the table, allowing you to sharpen on any flat surface.

The main body parts of the sharpening system are made of aircraft-grade aluminium with a matte black anodised finish. This is not just a tribute to aesthetics, but a technological solution that increases the durability of the product. The coating protects the metal from corrosion and minor mechanical damage, does not fade over time and is resistant to environmental influences. The tactile matte surface does not require special care, keeping your professional tool looking flawless throughout its entire service life.
