The TSPROF Pioneer knife sharpening system is a versatile solution for home use. It is easy to operate and has an intuitive arrangement of elements. The system provides:

• Universal clamps that allow you to sharpen folding knives, kitchen knives, camping knives and multitools.
• Pivoting mechanism of the sharpener, which helps to maintain the same sharpening angle on both sides of the knife. The permissible error when turning the frame is 0.4°.
• Allowable error when turning the frame.
• Abrasive holder, designed for standard abrasive stones 150 mm long, on the blank. The spring-loaded stop of the holder helps to change abrasives quickly.
• Abrasive stroke limiter with a damper that prevents the abrasive stone from being pulled off the blade.

Stylish appearance and ease of use

In addition to practicality and functionality, the TSPROF Pioneer sharpening system has a stylish appearance. The wooden ball handle rests comfortably in the hand for better control of the abrasive movements. Abrasive holder parking is provided for easyturning of the knife, abrasive change and visual control of stone cleanliness.

For easy storage, the frame of the device can be removed and the body can be folded.

The Sharpening Kit already contains all the abrasives you need to get started, including five diamond plates with different grits to ensure a complete sharpening process:

• F150 – rough skinning
• F220 – cutting edge shaping
• F400 – basic sharpening
• F600 – pre-finishing
• F1000 – finishing

TSPROF diamond inserts can be used without coolant.

Because of production peculiarities, abrasive width and length may deviate from the values specified in the description by up to 5%.

Warning! The abrasive stones must be handled with care: do not press the abrasive during sharpening (especially when sharpening the tip/ankle of a knife), do not break off the blade feed plane and do not drop the abrasive stone on a hard surface.

The TSPROF Pioneer is the lightest of the sharpeners (weighing only 1.4 kg) and is secured to the table using the supplied clamp. The unified base allows the systems to be mounted in a stand Profile K03. Sharpening knives on the TSPROF Pioneer is convenient for both left- and right-handed people, as all elements of the device can be positioned for left- or right-handed people.
