TSPROF lens attachment, Pro with titanium guide

Fixture for lenticular sharpening, in the form of a replaceable adapter with titanium guide. Designed for mounting on the Profile K03 Pro and Profile K03 Lite sharpening devices. Easily mounts to the abrasive holder with a mounting screw. The adapter provides uniform angle variation across the entire width of the leads, resulting in a radiused lens shape. Titanium guide has reduced weight compared to steel, which reduces the pressure of abrasive on the knife during sharpening.

Angle ranges are determined by the position of the rod in the nozzle, marking is applied to the side surface In the process of abrasive movement on the supply from the line of the cutting edge to the knife edge, the range of angles changes in the direction of angle reduction. The sharpening angle range must be selected depending on the thickness of the knife point. At a minimum thickness of 0.2 – 0.4 mm, the nozzle of 4.3 degrees is suitable; at an average thickness of 0.4 – 0.6 mm, the nozzle of 7.2 degrees; at a maximum reduction of 0.7 mm the nozzle of 10.7 degrees.

The nozzle is only for the Profile K03 Pro and Profile K03 Lite.
