TSPROF abrasive holder with integrated Axicube-I angle gauge

Electronic angle meter Axicube-i is an in-house developed product of Profil Technostudio.

It is an electronic angle gauge built into the abrasive holder and shows the set sharpening angle with an accuracy of 0.1°. The Axicube-i helps you to monitor the sharpening angle in real time and track any changes in angle, for example when changing abrasives. The bright display is easy to read in all lighting conditions. The angle gauge is housed in a sturdy anodized aircraft aluminum housing and is vibration resistant. Due to the anodizing process, the shade of the coating may vary from part to part.

The Axicube-i is powered by a built-in battery that’s rechargeable via USB Type-C. A single charge is enough for a full eight-hour day of sharpening.Charging takes 15-20 minutes, with up to 0.5A of current and 5V of voltage. The device requires monthly charging for continuous operation.

It is recommended to store the angle meter at a temperature not exceeding +27°C.

Supplied with an upgraded abrasive holder with both rods made of steel. The holder is connected by a coupling with a three-point fixing system. This system maximizes the rigidity of the guide during sharpening.
