TSPROF Pioneer rack and pinion elevator

The rack elevator of the TSPROF Pioneer sharpening unit significantly increases the usability of the unit: it allows for quick angle setting, “up-angle” sharpening and step sharpening.

The lifting device makes it possible to set the angle as smoothly as possible and to securely lock the position of the hinge unit at the set height. Its installation on the sharpening unit not only adds functionality, but also extends the range of available sharpening angles (12°-33°).

The body and slider of the rack and pinion elevator are made of aircraft aluminum, the toothed rack is made of steel, the involute gear wheel and sliding bushings are brass.

WARNING To maximize the efficiency of the elevator, we recommend using long abrasive holder guide, 6 mm:

Two hex wrenches are included with the elevator: 2.5 mm for mounting the elevator and 2 mm for adjusting the slider travel.
