TSPROF Quick fillet clamps with an eccentric mechanism offer secure grip and greater flexibility for sharpening knives with complex geometry (thin spines, narrow blades) at close angles. Clamping the knife is done in one motion¹ and no longer requires a screwdriver. The ideal solution for professional sharpeners when standard clamps are insufficient.

SPEED:
The TSPROF Quick eccentric clamp securely clamps knives from 1 to 4 mm thick and reduces knife clamping time by half². The ability to quickly release the clamp significantly simplifies knife positioning. Complex knife geometry is no longer a problem.

CONVENIENCE:
Screwdrivers are no longer needed for knife clamping! No need to search for a screwdriver on the table or through drawers. All clamping is done using the clamping foot. To clamp knives of different thicknesses, simply adjust the distance between the clamp jaws using the clamping foot. 

PRECISE CALCULATION:
The design of TSPROF fillet clamps is calculated using the finite element method for stress analysis. The material thickness and structural elements are designed to distribute stress evenly along the clamp’s length. This uniform stress distribution ensures uniform jaw closure during clamping.

The clamp design also takes into account the increased wear resistance and friction force requirements of the threaded connection, which is why a brass nut with increased wear resistance³ is specifically made for TSPROF Quick fillet clamps.

The unified mounting location and standard 120 mm length of the Quick fillet clamps allow them to be combined with both standard TSPROF Quick clamps and solid-milled TSPROF clamps.

SAFETY:
The majority of sharpening injuries occur when hands move in the sharpening area, including when clamping and removing a knife. Thanks to the new clamping method, the number of manipulations in the danger zone is reduced, and the knife can be clamped and removed from the clamps even with one hand.

DURABILITY
To reduce wear on mating parts, the recess for the clamping foot in the clamp and the foot itself have identical rounding radii. This ensures that the clamping foot “glides” over the clamp surface even during thickness adjustments and under heavy loads, maintaining its original appearance longer. The clamp and the clamping foot are made of high-strength aircraft-grade aluminum alloy. 

COMFORT:
The ergonomic clamping foot allows for high clamping force with light pressure (applying 1.2 kg of force to the foot will produce a clamping force of 19 kg). The edges and sides of the foot are rounded, and the size is calculated for maximum working comfort.
