TSPROF clamp, double fillet clamp

The clamps securely hold any shape of blade, ensuring the jaws fit to the planes of the knife edge, suitable for Profile and TSPROF Kadet, as well as TSPROF Pioneer. The design of the clamps is based on three main elements: base, flat springs, clamping jaws. Powerful jaws are connected to the base through flat flexible springs, which provide a universal fit, when the knife is placed in the clamp, the springs go from a free state to a tense state, thus the rigidity of the fastening increases significantly. Also, the fixing and adjusting screws in the clamp bundle, form a rigid geometric system and at the same time, allow a wide range of adjustment of the clamp to any shape of the blade and ensure symmetry of installation.

Special clamp with a modified configuration of jaws and with the use of special screws has a maximum minimum sharpening angle of 6.5° per side (depending on the size of the knife, the thickness of the abrasive and the device used). Thanks to the two gripping points, blade deflection is eliminated. There is a possibility of independent movement of clamps, along the entire length of the frame.

Suitable for table and fillet knives with a narrow edge.

Clamping jaws are made of 65G steel, springs are made of 60C2A structural steel.

Can sharpen: Kitchen knives, sirloin knives, key knives, dangerous razors, and other narrow long knives.

Recommended length of knives: 30-300 mm

Clamp length: 118 mm

Clamps are adjustable with screwdrivers 2 and 2,5 mm.

It is not recommended to use for knives with a shank thicker than 2,5 mm. to avoid damage to the jaws.

Scratches and scuffs are allowed on the surface of the clamps, which do not affect the operation of the clamps.
