The updated flagship sharpening system will help you achieve the perfect knife sharpening even faster, more accurately and more conveniently. Complete with Axicube-i, the first electronic angle gauge designed specifically for sharpening systems. Setting the angle to an accuracy of 0.1° has never been so easy and convenient, the angle gauge is integrated directly into the abrasive holder. The holder itself consists of two steel guides. A specially shaped connecting sleeve ensures a rigid and precise connection. No deflection and maximum precision. The rack and pinion hoist is equipped with a steel rail with involute (toothed) gearing, which provides infinitely variable adjustment of the sharpening angle. The slider is driven by a brass gear wheel, the steel-brass pairing ensures smooth slider movement. For convenience, a sharpening angle scale is laser-etched on the slider. The K03 Pro profile requires no calibration and assembles in a couple minutes.

The modern rack and pinion elevator TSPROF K03 Pro, has a rack with involute (toothed) gearing and infinitely adjustable and allows you to set the angle with an accuracy of 0.1 °. The extended angle housing, through advanced design, gives you the ability to sharpen knives in a range of working angles from 10° (with fillet clamps from 8.5°) to 39° and to a total angle of up to 78°

The sliding part is connected to the base by a dovetail, which guarantees absolute accuracy in angle setting. And an additional locking screw allows the elevator to be locked firmly in place during skinning operations. An additional lifting rod is used to increase the sharpening angle. The locking screw can be mounted on both sides of the housing.

The reciprocating part of the elevator is made of durable aircraft aluminum. It provides excellent smoothness of movement, thanks to the advanced shape of the steel rail teeth. The slider is attached through a dovetail joint, which eliminates backlash of the mechanism during operation, which could affect the quality of sharpening. Angle measuring scale is applied on the side surface of the slider and allows to visually control their installation. A high grade Teflon lubricant is used to ensure the rack and pinion hoist mechanism works. It forms a slippery, corrosion-resistant, transparent film that guarantees smooth running as well as protection against water, oil, dirt and dust.

The unique rotating mechanism has a wide lever that facilitates rotation and provides a secure auto-locking of the clamping frame. The spring and bearing system allows the frame to turn without wearing out the mechanism. The body of the auto-turn system is made of durable aircraft aluminum, anodized black. Due to the peculiarities of the anodizing process, the shade of the coating may vary from part to part. The permissible error when turning the frame is 0.3°.

Universal holder allows you to use any abrasive stones with the sharpener both on blanks and without blanks. The abrasive holder does not have a metal backing, but thanks to the special geometry of the stops it allows you to fix the abrasives as securely as possible. The abrasive holder rod has an increased length of 694 mm, is made of steel and has high rigidity. The holder rod is collapsible and is connected by an aluminum sleeve-coupling, with a three-point seating, which gives maximum alignment of the connection. For adjustment the boom is equipped with a convenient thumb screw, the connection of the boom is made in one movement.

Included with the abrasive holder is the Axicube sharpening angle measuring device. Designed specifically for sharpening systems, the angle gauge is integrated into the holder’s movable stop housing and allows real-time monitoring of sharpening angle parameters. The Axicube is rigidly connected to the abrasive holder and is located in the plane of the abrasive stone. This allows for maximum angle accuracy during operation. It allows the angle to be set to an accuracy of 0.1°. Axicube has an aluminum housing with black anodizing, is water and dust resistant, resistant to vibrations, drops and temperature changes. Due to the anodizing process, the shade of the coating may vary from part to part. Can be used at temperatures from 0 to +40°C. Charges with standard micro-USB charging. Each Axicube is calibrated at the production facility using verified measuring instruments. Before use, it is given an initial reference angle using a special calibration prism. If the sharpening device is moved to a different surface, a new calibration with the prism is necessary.

The device is not intended for measurements other than sharpening, correct operation of the device is only possible in conjunction with the Profile K03 Pro. The product is not compatible with TSPROF Kadet and TSPROF Blitz sharpeners. Correct operation of the product with other sharpening systems is not guaranteed.

One-piece milled clamps, made of high-strength aircraft aluminum. This type of clamps provides the greatest rigidity and stability of the device. Due to the monolithic design of clamps, their main advantage is increased resistance to pressure on the abrasive, which ensures the consistency of angles at all stages of work, from skinning to finish finishing. This type of clamp does not require calibration and adjustment to different blade shapes. They have a simple and convenient principle of clamping (using a single key), allow you to clamp a wide variety of knives, including knives with beveled, folding, kitchen, hunting, etc.

Steel stand Profileweighing more than 3 kg holds the device securely on the table and allows sharpening on any flat surface.

The set of diamond plates on the blanks allows you to start sharpening immediately. The set includes 5 abrasives on aluminum blanks suitable for complete knife sharpening, from roughing to finishing. The electroplated diamond blanks provide intensive metal removal and can be used for knife cutting edges with significant damage (chips, gouges, etc.).

Because of the peculiarities of production, the width and length of the abrasive may have deviations from the values specified in the description up to 5%.

Recommendations for use: the inserts operate without the use of coolants or water.

WARNING! Bar requires careful work: do not put pressure on the abrasive during sharpening (especially when sharpening the tip/point of the knife), do not allow to break off the plane of the blade and do not drop the bar on a hard surface.
