TSPROF Pioneer GE Max knife sharpening set

This is a portable solution for professional sharpeners, for whom not only the capabilities of the device are important, but also its dimensions. A compact and functional sharpener that combines the capabilities of a stationary device.

The modified hinge unit ensures free movement of the abrasive stone guide without jerks and jams, the rack and pinion lift allows precise adjustment of the sharpening angle, the extended frame provides the possibility to fix long kitchen and tourist knives with a blade length of up to 300 mm.

The extended rod with a total length of 325 mm and equipped with a spring-loaded stroke limiter ensures safe operation of the entire abrasive stone surface without accidental abrasive breakage from the blade.

The folding stand makes the device easy to fit even on a narrow shelf or in a small bag, while the clamping clamp supplied with the sharpener helps to keep the system stationary on a table or workbench. When compactness counts, the Pioneer GE Max is the ideal choice for the experienced sharpener!

The sharpening set already contains all the abrasives required for starting, including five diamond plates with different grits to ensure a complete sharpening process:

F150 – rough deburring
F220 – cutting edge shaping
F400 – basic sharpening
F600 – pre-finishing
F1000 – finishing

TSPROF diamond inserts can be used without coolant.

Due to production peculiarities, the abrasive width and length may deviate from the values specified in the description by up to 5%.

Attention! The stones require careful handling: do not press the abrasive during sharpening (especially when sharpening the tip/ankle of a knife), do not break off the blade feed plane and do not drop the stone on a hard surface.
