Sharpening angle gauge Axicube-I TSPROF

The electronic angle meter Axicube-i is an in-house developed product of Profile Technostudio. It allows you to measure the set sharpening angle with an accuracy of 0.1°, helps to control and track any changes in the angle, in real time, for example, when changing the abrasive. The bright display is easy to read in all lighting conditions. The angle gauge is housed in a rugged anodized aircraft aluminum housing and is vibration resistant. Due to the anodizing process, the shade of the coating may vary from part to part.

The Axicube-i is powered by a built-in rechargeable battery via USB Type-C. A single charge is enough for a full eight-hour day of sharpening. Charging takes 15-20 minutes, with up to 0.5A of current and 5V of voltage. The device requires monthly charging for uninterrupted operation.

It is recommended to store the angle meter at a temperature not exceeding +27°C.

The angle gauge is integrated into the abrasive holder of the Profile K03 Lite sharpening device with steel bar. A fixed stop is also included to keep the abrasives as rigid as possible with or without the bank.

Cautions! Correct operation of the electronic angle gauge is only possible with the steel bar of the Profile K03 Pro and Profile K03 Lite sharpeners, and when using the fixed stop included in the package. Use of the Axicube-i with other stops and bars may result in poor performance accuracy and may void the user’s warranty.

The product is not intended for measurements other than sharpening, correct operation of the Axicube-i is only possible with Profile K03 Lite.

The product is not compatible with the TSPROF Kadet and TSPROF Blitz sharpeners.

The product is not intended for use with the “TSPROF Universal Table, Small” clamp.

Correct operation of the product with other sharpening devices is not guaranteed.
