TSPROF K03 Pro upgrade kit (for K02)

The Rail Lift has a rack with involute (toothed) gearing and infinitely variable adjustment, allowing the angle to be adjusted to an accuracy of 0.1°. The body with increased angle, due to the improved design, will allow sharpening knives in the range of working angles from 10° (with fillet clamps from 8.5°) to 39° and to a total angle of up to 78°. The movable part is connected to the base by a dovetail, which guarantees absolute accuracy of angle setting. An additional locking screw allows the elevator to be locked rigidly during deburring operations. An additional lifting rod is used to increase the sharpening angle. It is now easier to lock its position: the locking screw can be mounted on both sides of the housing. The lifting stem is made of durable polymer material – polyacetal. It is a heavy-duty polymer with high performance characteristics and density of 1.420 g/cm3. Polyacetal has excellent anti-friction properties, providing excellent smooth running of the rack and pinion elevator. The polymer is black in color, with high wear and abrasion resistance. It retains its pristine appearance and smooth shiny surface for a long time. The slider is attached through a dovetail joint, which eliminates backlash of the mechanism during operation, which could affect the quality of sharpening. A steel rail is responsible for the operation of the lifting mechanism. The scale of measuring angles is applied on the front side of the slider and gives the opportunity to visually control their installation.

Adapter is designed to install the rack and pinion lifter of the Profile K03 Pro sharpener on the Profile K02 sharpener. Allows for the use of the modern K03 Pro rack and pinion lifter on the body of the Profile K02 sharpener. Comes in a set of two parts and a connecting screw. Consists of a washer and a rack and pinion elevator pad. The pad has stops for easy installation of the rack and pinion elevator. The adapter is made of aircraft aluminum with protective matte black anodizing. Due to the nature of the anodizing process, the shade of the coating may vary from part to part.
