Lenticular knife sharpening attachment “TSPROF Lens Ultra”

Designed for Blitz, Blitz 360, TSPROF Kadet, TSPROF Kadet Pro and TSPROF Pioneer sharpeners. Mounted on an abrasive holder with a 6 mm rod diameter. Allows you to set any difference in sharpening angle between 0 and 90 degrees. The lens is adjusted by bending two segments of the holder rod relative to each other. The attachment is quickly mounted on the rod and allows fine tuning of sharpening angles.

The adapter provides a uniform change of angles across the entire width of the feeds, resulting in a radius shape of the lens. In the process of abrasive movement along the underfeed from the cutting edge line to the knife edge, the range of angles changes in the direction of angle reduction. The nozzle is suitable for any thickness of knife information.

The nozzle consists of a milled aluminum body and an inner brass cylinder.

To ensure minimum sharpening angles, there are two options for attaching the nozzle:
– Horizontally: for TSPROF Blitz, Blitz 360, Blitz Pro;
– Vertically: for TSPROF Pioneer, TSPROF Kadet, Kadet Nero, Kadet Pro

Laser marking has approximate values of the degree of curvature of the lens and is not intended for precise angle setting. Use an electronic angle gauge to accurately set the radius of the lens.

The nozzle is installed in the gap of the abrasive holder guide and is fixed with set screws under the hexagonal key 2,0 mm. The holes for fixing have a special form, providing fixing of the rod “on three points” to exclude any backlash.

To set the angle of curvature it is necessary to loosen the locking screw under the hexagonal key for 3,0 mm and turn the inner cylinder to the required angle.
