Upgrade kit for TSPROF Pioneer

Designed for modernization of the TSPROF Pioneer sharpening machine.

It consists of a rack and pinion elevator, 2 mm and 2.5 mm screwdrivers and an extended guide 6 mm.

The rack elevator of the TSPROF Pioneer sharpening machine significantly increases the usability of the device: it allows you to quickly set the angle, sharpen knives with “angle increase” and apply step sharpening.

The elevator makes it possible to set the angle as smoothly as possible and securely fix the position of the hinge unit at a given height. Its installation on the sharpening device not only adds functionality, but also expands the range of available sharpening angles (12°-33°).

The body and slider of the rack and pinion lifter are made of aircraft aluminum, the toothed rack is made of steel, the involute gear wheel and sliding bushings are brass.

WARNING! This version of the rack and pinion elevator is supplied without the pivot assembly and is intended for owners of the TSPROF Pioneer sharpening device.

The String is designed for Blitz and Kadet sharpeners of all modifications as well as TSPROF Pioneer. It is made of chrome-plated steel, has an increased length (325 mm), compared to the standard (225 mm). With the help of a coupling it is connected to the abrasive holder for bars up to 160 mm long.

The bar allows you to expand the possibilities for sharpening knives with a wide blade, including hunting skinning knives, as well as kitchen knives and hacksaws. In addition, it increases the length of abrasive travel when using Profile K03 clamps (both solid-milled and spring-loaded) on Kadet (all modifications) and TSPROF Pioneer machines.
