Plastic box for TSPROF abrasives. Allows you to place 7 abrasive stones on the blank with a thickness of up to 10 mm. Bar size (with blanks): 160X10X25 mm. They are securely fixed in the scoop. To make the case, high-quality polylactide (PLA plastic) is used, which comes from renewable sources, in particular from corn or sugar cane starch. This plastic is also used for medical implants, food packaging and disposable tableware. It is non-toxic and non-allergenic. The manufacturing method of the casing is FDM moulding. Production uses the most advanced and high-tech equipment Bamboo Lab X1 Carbon. This made it possible to achieve excellent print quality, which is not available for most modern printers, and a high level of identity of the manufactured products. The case is equipped with durable plastic hinges and clasps. Inside the lid is a layer of black coloured SPG2236 foam. This layer consists of small porous cells that absorb shock and prevent damage to the spokes inside the case. In addition, this foam does not deform and does not leave crumbs.
