Alignment glass TSPROF

Alignment glass is a high strength material. The strength is achieved during production by heating the glass to a liquid state with a temperature of about 900 degrees Celsius. It is then cooled by a jet of air, which leads to a build-up of stresses in the material and changes in its structure. The glass has the same hardness over the entire area. Both sides of the glass can be used for work. The bevels on the glass are removed and the edges are rounded. It has anti-slip feet.

It is intended for leveling diamond bars, preparing for work (cheering up) and leveling synthetic as well as natural stones. It is recommended to use different sides for leveling on different abrasives, for different powders. In addition to silicon carbide, it can be used with boron carbide.

Not intended for sharpening and dressing the cutting edge of knives and tools.
