Set of diamond sharpening stones TSPROF Alpha SD126 - SD3 (7 pcs.)

TSPROF Alpha is a unique rubber-bonded diamond bar that works incredibly clean. Through a lot of experimentation, we have managed to achieve the perfect combination of bonding agent and optimal concentration of abrasive particles. As a result, TSPROF Alpha work very clean and have the highest wear resistance.

The TSPROF Alpha diamond stones can easily handle all steels up to 70 HRC.

Each bar is thoroughly prepared and unopened, ensuring minimal variations in thickness within ±0.1mm.

The TSPROF Alpha is bonded to a 45° beveled aluminum blank for secure retention in the abrasive holder. The blanks are anodized red*.

The blades are packed in individual blister packs.

The set includes:

TSPROF Alpha 125/100 (120 grit) is designed for deburring and rough sharpening of the cutting edge.

TSPROF Alpha 80/63 (180 grit) is intended for rough sharpening of the cutting edge.

TSPROF Alpha 40/28 (360 grit) is designed for basic sharpening of the cutting edge.

TSPROF Alpha 20/14 (1000 grit) is intended for basic sharpening of the cutting edge.

TSPROF Alpha 10/7 (2000 grit) is intended for pre-finishing of the cutting edge.

TSPROF Alpha 5/3 (5000 grit) is designed for finishing the cutting edge

TSPROF Alpha 2/1 (11000 grit) is intended for finishing and polishing of the cutting edge.

Because of production peculiarities, the width and length of the abrasive may deviate from the values specified in the description by up to 5%.

*Because of the peculiarities of the anodizing process, the shades of the blanks may differ slightly.

Recommendations for use: work with TSPROF sharpening oil is recommended.

WARNING!Bar requires careful work: do not put pressure on the abrasive during sharpening (especially when sharpening the tip/ankle of the knife), do not allow to break off the plane of the blade and drop the bar on a hard surface.
