A set of diamond bars on a metal bond (copper-tin, MS-1 grade), produced by Veniev Diamond Factory. The volume content of diamonds in each bar 100%, with a uniform distribution throughout the volume. Working layer of abrasive is 4 mm. The binder contains: diamond powder, copper, tin and silicon carbide filler. The stones are designed for sharpening knives made of any steel with hardness up to 70 HRC. The set allows you to perform a complete sharpening of the knife from skinning to finish finishing.
The set contains five bars of different grits on the GOST scale:
Bar 200/160 designed for skinning and rough sharpening of the cutting edge.
Bar 100/80is intended for skinning and rough sharpening of the cutting edge.
Bar 50/40is intended for basic sharpening of the cutting edge.
Bar 20/14is intended for basic sharpening of the cutting edge.
Bar 7/5 designed for finishing the cutting edge.

Because of production peculiarities, the width and length of the abrasive may deviate from the values specified in the description by up to 5%.
Recommendations for use: working with oil (coolant) is recommended, dry working is also possible.
WARNING! The brushes require careful work: do not press on the abrasive during sharpening (especially when sharpening the tip/ankle of the knife), do not allow tearing off the plane of the blade and falling of the bar on a hard surface.
