Set of diamond plates on blanks contains:
Diamond plate F150 Extra Coarse is used for rough rough roughing the blade, when shaping the blade shape.
Diamond plate F220 Coarse is used for shaping the cutting edge.
Diamond plate F400 Medium is used for basic sharpening operations and creating an aggressive cut.
Diamond plate F600 Fine is used for pre-finishing of the cutting edge, removing noticeable risks from sharpening.
Diamond plate F1000 Very Fine is used for finishing of the cutting edge.
They work noticeably more aggressively than organic and metal-bonded bars with similar grain size. This is achieved due to protruding diamond grains, while in metal and organic bonds diamond grains are recessed in the binder and mixed with it. The grain size concentration in the layer is 100%. At the same time, it should be noted that such bars will be inferior to bars on other bonds due to the thin layer of sputtering, which is actively erased in the process of sharpening.
It is also important to take into account that when working with such diamonds on soft steels, hardness up to 58 HRC, this type of bars is produced faster than when working on steels with high hardness.
Electroplated diamond plates do not require preparation for work (leveling, “cheering up”, etc.).

Because of production peculiarities, the abrasive width and length may deviate from the values specified in the description by up to 5%.
Significant stains on the surface of the abrasive may occur, not affecting operation.
Recommendations for use:plates work without the use of coolants and water.
Attention! Brushes require careful work: do not press on the abrasive during sharpening (especially when sharpening the tip/point of the knife), do not allow to break off the plane of the blade feed and do not drop the brush on a hard surface.
