Set of diamond sharpening stones TSPROF Alpha SD161 - SD4 (7 pcs.)

TSPROF Alpha is a unique rubber-bonded diamond bar that works incredibly clean. Through a lot of experimentation, we have managed to achieve the perfect combination of bonding agent and optimal concentration of abrasive particles. As a result, TSPROF Alpha work very clean and have the highest wear resistance.

The TSPROF Alpha diamond bars can easily handle all steels up to 70 HRC.

Each bar is thoroughly prepared and unopened, ensuring minimal variation in thickness within ±0.1mm.

The TSPROF Alpha is bonded to a 45° beveled aluminum blank for a secure fit in the abrasive holder. The blanks are anodized red*.

The blanks are packaged in individual blister packs.

The set includes the following bars:

TSPROF Alpha 160/125 (100 grit) is designed for deburring and rough sharpening of the cutting edge.

TSPROF Alpha 100/80 (150 grit) is used for coarse sharpening of the cutting edge.

TSPROF Alpha 60/40 (240 grit) is for basic sharpening of the cutting edge.

TSPROF Alpha 28/20 (600 grit) is for basic sharpening of the cutting edge.

TSPROF Alpha 14/10 (1500 grit) is used for pre-finishing the cutting edge.

TSPROF Alpha 7/5 (3000 grit) is used for finishing the cutting edge.

TSPROF Alpha 3/2 (9000 grit) is for finishing and polishing the cutting edge.

Because of production, the width and length of the abrasive may deviate up to 5% from the values specified in the description.

*Owing to the peculiarities of the anodizing process, the shades of the blanks may vary slightly.

Recommendations for use: working with TSPROF sharpening oil is recommended.

WARNING!Bar requires careful work: do not put pressure on the abrasive during sharpening (especially when sharpening the tip/ankle of the knife), do not allow to break off the plane of the blade and drop the bar on a hard surface.
