Diamond sharpening stone TSPROF Alpha SD6, 5/3 (5000 grit)

TSPROF Alpha are unique rubber-bonded diamond stones that work incredibly clean. Through a lot of experimentation, we have managed to achieve the perfect combination of bonding agent and optimal concentration of abrasive particles. As a result, TSPROF Alpha works very cleanly and has the highest wear resistance.

The TSPROF Alpha diamond bars can easily handle all steels up to 70 HRC.

Each bar is thoroughly prepared and does not require opening, which ensures minimal variations in thickness within ±0.1 mm.

For reliable fixation in the abrasive holder TSPROF Alpha are glued to the aluminum blank, which has 45° bevels. The blanks are anodized in red color.

The blanks are packed in individual blister packs.

Binding: rubber.

Because of peculiarities of production, width and length of the abrasive may have deviations from the values specified in the description up to 5%.

*Due to peculiarities of technological process of anodizing, shades of blanks can slightly differ .

Recommendations for use: it is recommended to work with TSPROF sharpening oil.

WARNING!Bar requires careful work: do not press on the abrasive during sharpening (especially when sharpening the tip/ankle of the knife), do not allow to break off the plane of the blade and fall the bar on a hard surface.

If a parasitic risk appears during sharpening, we recommend lapping the abrasive on a frosted glass with water.
